Our journey began with founder Aldi Gjeka, who came to the United States from Albania at the age of eight, with a dream of building a better life.
Growing up in a new country brought its challenges, but it also built a strong work ethic and a real desire to serve the community. Aldi learned the value of hard work, integrity, and customer service, the same values that shape Florida Air Flow today.
After years gaining experience in the HVAC field, Aldi and his team brought their skills and their passion for helping others to their Jacksonville neighbors. The result is a company where the owner still knows your name, and customers come back year after year.
